Top Gear Shuts Down LA for Drag Race in a Porsche 911 GT2 RS!

The good news is, the video gets down to some serious fun near the end and who wouldn't like the chance to legally tear up the streets of downtown LA...

No need to knock the US Top Gear – it’s still the best Car TV show we have on this side of the Atlantic, mostly due to Tanner Foust’s driving skills and dry humor (the fat guys are semi-likeable dweebs, but Tanner is the real deal). There’s no way to compare it to Clarkson, May & Hammond’s version, but it is fun nonetheless.

Frankly, this sort of hyper-editing – apparently intended to get the viewer’s pulse rate up – just gives me a headache. What is the target audience, teenagers welded to their X-Boxes and racing games?
