Tanner Foust takes the Porsche 911 GT2 RS for a spin in the closed streets of LA, culminating in a drag race against – classic muscle car – the Chevy Nova, and the Dodge Viper SRT10. Personally, I’m not a fan of this chopped up video editing style. Just show me the damn car driving already. None of this artsy fartsy crap. The good news is, the video gets down to some serious fun near the end and who wouldn’t like the chance to legally tear up the streets of downtown LA…

What a bummer, for a second there I thought you meant the REAL Top Gear from England... now that would be something I'd watch.
@fast911ray,
I used to feel the same way, but I think the US version has been getting better with each season. Not sure they can ever truly compare with Clarkson and company, but definitely getting better...
No need to knock the US Top Gear - it's still the best Car TV show we have on this side of the Atlantic, mostly due to Tanner Foust's driving skills and dry humor (the fat guys are semi-likeable dweebs, but Tanner is the real deal). There's no way to compare it to Clarkson, May & Hammond's version, but it is fun nonetheless.
Thanks for finding that video from last year.

Frankly, this sort of hyper-editing - apparently intended to get the viewer's pulse rate up - just gives me a headache. What is the target audience, teenagers welded to their X-Boxes and racing games?
It is Top Gear after all... :-)
