RM Sotheby’s 2017 Amelia Island Porsche Auction Results

UPDATE: There are links to the results of each of the other auction houses at the end of this post!

RM Sothebys was the clear winner in overall sales this weekend on Amelia Island with a total of $70.9MM to go under the hammer. Of that, 8.9% or nearly $6.3MM came from our favorite marque, Porsche. Top Porsche sales for RM Sothebys included a ’73 911 RS 2.7 Lightweight, a ’74 911 Carrera RS 3.0 and a 2005 Carrera GT. In fact, Sothebys broke the mold of other auctions and sold two (2) CGTs, the one mentioned previously for $770,000 and a 2004 for $605,000.
