Of all the Top 5 Series so far, I think this episode is my favorite. I love Porsche’s concept cars and this video features one I didn’t even know existed, a Cayenne Cabriolet. We’ve seen a Cayenne Cabriolet before in the aftermarket, but never something directly from Stuttgart. In this instance, I’m glad it remained as just a concept as I’m not sure even the integrated Targa bar can help it.
As for the other 4 concepts in this video, the Typ 754, 989, 918 Spyder and Mission E, I get why Porsche chose them. They each represent a significant milestone in Porsche’s long and storied history. I was a bit disappointed they didn’t include the 918 RSR concept, but happy to have learned about the Cayenne Cabriolet. Are there other Porsche Concept cars you can think of that should have been included on the list?
