Is this not THE worst spoiler you have ever seen on a Porsche? This 1980 Porsche 911 recently came up for sale on craigslist in Easton, CT. There aren’t a ton of details available in the listing, but the seller is asking $22,000 for what is described as 1980 Porsche 911 SC Targa in silver with black interior. He goes on to say that the paint is original and in excellent condition (Really? With that spoiler?). Is it possible that spoiler is photo-shopped in an effort to draw attention? It’s just that bad…
If you’ve ever seen something worse on a Porsche let us know. If we can use it, we’ll send you a FlatSixes.com cotton shirt that’s great for DE events.
Special thanks to Kevin Gossellin, author of Hunt for 901 and occasional FlatSixes.com contributor, for the tip.

Simple answer, yes it is the worst spoiler I've ever seen on a Porsche. This should be a crime.
Must be a Ferrari fan...
I am sure that it was the best spoiler that they had at Walmart
Not even Walmart would sell something that hideous.
It's the worst spoiler I've seen on ANY car.......EVER!
It works perfectly. It spoils the look of the car.
I agree, I don't like spoilers on most 911's period. This one though, is the worst I've seen.
I don't think it's a spoiler. I think it is a stand for the Targa top. Truly original thinking on the owner's part!
Reminds me of a old R&T photo. The final page had a monthly cartoon/story/etc and the one that I remember the most was a XKE Coupe that comeone had added a tail fin to! Like the old D Jags but larger and on the center-line. The caption was hilarious "Bob finally found a way to make an XKE that actually repels womem!" ;-) Looks like what this 911 owner was going for....
