The 2018 Rolex 24 Hours Of Daytona On Twitter For Porsche Fans

Porsche debuted their new mid-engine 911 RSR at Daytona last year, and suffered a few teething problems amidst a strong showing. They qualified mid-pack, and finished just off the tail of the class-winning Ford GT. With a full year of development under their belt, Porsche has potential to do even better this year. In GTD, Porsche won the class last year with a very exciting race to the finish. With some seriously factory-supported cars in their corner this year, Porsche has thepotential to repeat.

For long endurance races like this one, Twitter can be an invaluable source of information. Not only can Twitter provide an up-to-the-minute view of what’s happening in the race, it can connect you with intimate details and insight from the drivers and teams themselves.  In fact, we know of no other way to stay as closely and accurately informed about what’s happening in the Porsche world before, during and after the race (even if you were at the event itself) than through the “Twittersphere”. You just need to know who to follow.
