On September 20th (the same weekend of the Lone Star Le Mans in the USCC and the F1 Grand Prix race) the WEC will return to action at the Circuit Of The Americas (COTA) for the 6 Hours of Circuit of the Americas. While the 4th race of the WEC season is still months away, that doesn’t mean that Porsche factory driver Mark Webber isn’t thinking about practicing. Unlike some of the tracks where other WEC events are held, Webber is familiar with COTA from his F1 career. Here’s why he’s looking forward to coming back.
