Continuing Michelin’s video series from last week, the “racers” now take on their “enemies” in the form of weather, the ground, and the darkness.
Each of Porsche’s drivers discuss the various enemies they must overcome in racing, and how they had to combat them on track at the Spa 6 hours race. Porsche managed to nab the LMP1 pole position, but could not convert that to a victory. The GTE class cars managed to pull off a 2nd place podium position, but fought changing weather to make it happen.
Behind the scenes, this video shows that it isn’t just the other racers you are fighting on the track, but the various elemental forces as well. Your enemies aren’t always the ones ahead of you on track.
