If you’re anything like me, when you think of a “flash mob” you probably think about a group of people coming together in a public place and acting our a pre-aranged and choreographed dance or skit. What you most likely don’t think about, however, is the grid of your favorite sports car race. But that’s exactly what Porsche thought about after rounds 9 & 10 of the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia.In an effort to get closer to their fans, Porsche setup a “flash mob” on the streets of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – with an interesting twist. They took the action from the race track to the road and surprised pedestrians by creating a full racing grid that materialized out of nowhere, including race cars, pit crews and grid girls. I love the looks on people’s faces as the Cup cars coming screaming onto the street.

That was quite a display of cars and curious (and excited) bystanders. Kuala Lumpur looks like a very modern, clean city, from what we can see.
It's a wonderful, exciting and welcoming city. Like any large metropolis you need to be careful in certain areas, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
