Porsche Cars Canada Puts Strong Push Behind Their Plug-in E-Hybrid Models

It was just last week that Porsche Cars Canada announced they were lowering the starting price of the 2016 Panamera S E-Hybrid to $106,600 (a $3,400 discount from 2015 pricing). Now, this week comes work of a “Canada-wide E-Performance campaign”. Conceived as a mobile display, the goal is to communicate Porsche’s pledge to offering high performance yet efficient cars. The display itself consists of a 919 Hybrid race car, a 206 Cayenne S E-Hybrid, an interactive touchscreen display and of course, a Porsche product specialist to answer questions.

“We are very proud to be showcasing this initiative,” said Alexander Pollich, President & CEO, Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. “It will allow consumers to familiarize themselves with the history and application of the incredible E-Hybrid technology which the brand has developed. Innovation and sustainability are important pillars of our brand and we are excited to be able to demonstrate this in a fun and interactive fashion.”

The display is open to the public and can be seen at the following six locations.
