Porsche Cars Canada Sales by Model: March 2017

Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. (PCL) reported a 17% increase in March 2017 sales, as compared to the same period last year, with 624 Porsches delivered to new customers. That brings Q1 deliveries to 1,399 units and the first time PCL sold more than 1,300 Porsches in the first quarter of any year.

“Just as we celebrate a first quarter sales record, we welcomed the exciting all-new second-generation Panamera in showrooms across the country,” said Alexander Pollich, President & CEO, Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. “In addition, the new 911 GT3, Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid, and Panamera Sport Turismo captured the spotlight during their world premiere at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show in early March.”

The Macan continues to be PCL’s top seller making up more than half their monthly sales with 331 units. And while 911 sales increased slightly to 50 units from 47 the year prior, Both Boxster and Cayman deliveries were down markedly from the prior year.

Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned sales reached 164 units, passing the previous best March result of 156 units, established last year.
