Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. (PCL), reported earlier this week May 2017 monthly sales of 840 units. That represents a year-to-date increase of 19%. As a result, this was Porsche’s 65th consecutive month of record sales in Canada.
May played tribute to some notable milestones for PCL. The 911 model lineup recorded its best ever single month with 194 deliveries, yielding a 7% increase over last May. Furthermore, the Panamera witnessed its best month ever as well, achieving over 100 vehicle sales in a single month for the first time with 117 units.
“This record 911 sales month comes on the heels of another momentous occasion for our brand’s iconic sports car,” said Alexander Pollich, President & CEO, Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. “The one millionth unit produced was revealed to the world in May, at our Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen factory, in a special ceremony attended by international media.”
Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned sold 199 units, passing the previous best May result of 167 units, established last year.
