Porsche Cars North America Sales By Model: April 2016

Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA), announced April 2016 sales of 5,410 vehicles, up 3.7% compared to April 2015.

“We are celebrating the strongest sales month in PCNA history – outpacing the previous record set in April last year. The interest in and demand for Porsche models continues to grow,” commented Klaus Zellmer, President and Chief Executive Officer of PCNA.

The Macan model line, up 22.1% compared to April 2015 contributed greatly to April’s new record sales. The 911 model range experienced growth of 14% over the same month last year with 1,023 vehicles sold in April. Cayman models continue to experience high demand with 449 vehicle deliveries, up 53.8% over April 2015.

Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned vehicle sales in the U.S. were 1,499 for April 2016, the second best retail month in the history of the program, which is an increase of 24% compared to the same period last year.
