The new top-of-the-line Cayenne Turbo, what Porsche is calling a “sports car in SUV clothing”, will arrive at dealers in February of 2013. Starting price is $146,000. There is a 50 hp increase and an additional 40 lbs of torque over the standard turbo model. Even with a higher top speed and fast acceleration from the 550 hp engine (553 lb-ft torque) Porsche says fuel consumption should match that of the Turbo model for 15 mpg City, 22 mpg Highway and 17 mpg combined.
