How many of you would travel 2,000+ miles to buy a Porsche – the price of which seems too good to be true by at least half – sight unseen? My guess is not many of you. Now, how about doing it alone and with less than average mechanical skills? No takers? Well, that’s exactly what Chris Rusby does when he finds a 1969 Porsche L for sale in Greece (2000+ miles from his home in England). Thankfully, Chris decided to document the whole trip for posterity or internet fame (although I’m not sure those two are mutually exclusive these days). Fortunately, he’s more handy with a camera than he professes to be with a wrench and his engaging personality and quality story telling only help to enhance this epic “pilgrimage” turned reality documentary. Watch as he travels across Europe over some of the best driving roads in the world and tackles the Nürburgring in a Porsche that barely made it over the Swiss Alps.
