Wanted: Porsche Fan(s) to Guest Post

Are you a Porsche owner or do you aspire to own a Porsche? Are you a Porsche enthusiast or fan? If you answered yes to either of those questions and you enjoy writing then please read on. FLATSIXES.com needs a few guest posts and I’m hoping that some of you, as readers, might have something Porsche related you want to write about and share with others.

So, here’s the deal. I have some personal business that I need to attend to over the next few weeks and as a result I’m not going to be able to post as frequently as I would like. In order to keep the post schedule the same as it is now (Monday through Friday) I would like to recruit a few aspiring (or already accomplished) writers to fill in the gaps.

Here is what I can offer for your efforts

  1. A by-line with a link back to your own web-page or business. Basically, this is a free plug for anything you might be interested in. Your Porsche related business, your own personal web-page, your favorite charity, etc. The value of this is you get a permanent link (your post is permanently archived) on a highly ranked, Porsche centric web-site. Very SEO friendly for you on-line marketers in the group.
  2. An outlet to reach over 50000 visitors a month (and currently growing at about 30% month over month) with your Porsche related topic or post.
  3. My heartfelt thanks and gratitude.

There are a few model areas where I would love some more content and expertise (356, 912, early 911, anything Turbo related, etc.). Besides those topics I’m very wide open as long as it is Porsche related. If any of you out there are interested, please use the contact page to get in touch with me and I can give you more specifics.

  • Still looking for some guest posts. I'd be interested in writing an article if you are still open to guest postings.;) Let me know. Even though this was written two years ago. Ha!

  • I own a 74 911S Targa x California car. I'm here in NewZealand. so we call such cars left hookers. :) It is a project. The car has been crudely upgraded to a C2. I hope to get most of it back to original. I have done a complete suspension overhaul. Used Koni adjustables at each corner and urethane bushes through out. It now corners like it should. When I got it it had the torsion bar wound up to compensate for the stuffed front shocks. Not a good look. There are a few oil leaks that need attention. Funny that they all started after a trackday. Up until then I had never driven a Porsche in my life so was an ideal way to learn the cars capabilities and my lack thereof. It is still mobile but need a lot of TLC. Just slowly accumulating parts as they come up to get most of it back to about standard. Unfortunately the guy I bought it off didn't have the original parts to put back on.
Oh well thtt's about all for now any question contact me. Happy to oblige with any other info. you may like to know about the car or me for that matter.
