Porsche has issued an immediate stop-sale order on certain new and certified pre-owned Panamera models until further notice. In stress testing, the company has found some models to have rear anti-roll bar links that aren’t up to the task requested of them. There is a chance the rear anti-roll bar may detach from the link if left unfixed. Because the anti-roll bar directly affects the car’s handling, the car may become more prone to roll, and crucially it may be unpredictable and less stable at the limit. Porsche also shares concerns that the detached pieces can potentially cause further damage to surrounding suspension components.
According to reports from Porsche, just over 700 Panameras are affected, from either 2017 or 2018 model years. This recall is limited to models sold in the US and Puerto Rico. Porsche has not reported any incidents or injuries due to the fault. If your car is one of those needing an updated component to fix the issue, Porsche will notify you directly of the recall by mail. If you’d like to check the status of your Panamera, you can also enter the VIN on the NHTSA recall website to confirm.

I bought a 2013 Panamera, since I am new in Porsche vehicles lack experience but I dreamed to have one
before the combustion engine vehicle phase-out , Porsche just announced at 2030 all their vehicle will be electric.
I have a test drive 2 days ago from a dealer, my experience is the acceleration is quick compared with other
Japanese car, gas pedal is heavy (same as Mercedes) but the noise is much bigger than Mercedes, the speed is a little bit over 60MPH, I know Mercedes has double glasses which should be quieter but compared with Japanese car Porsche window glass is thick than Japanese glass but Japanese car still quieter than Panamera.
Anyone here has such experience.

If noise is your major criteria, don't buy a Porsche. Noise is part of the communication between road and driver. If a car is too quiet, it is difficult to drive quickly.
