In the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study, Porsche has emerged as the leading premium brand, achieving the highest score among competitors in its category. The company recorded a score of 840 points, marking a nine-point increase from previous evaluations. This accomplishment positions Porsche at the forefront in both the premium car and SUV segments. The study, which reflects the car buying experience from the perspective of consumers, was conducted based on feedback from 37,234 new vehicle purchasers and lessees from March to May 2023. Key areas of customer satisfaction that contributed to Porsche’s success included the effectiveness of dealership staff, the efficiency of the vehicle delivery process, and the ease of completing paperwork.
