One of the best parts of attending Le Mans is everything you see in and around the race. If you think the infield at Sebring is interesting, you haven’t seen anything until you visit Le Mans. This year, perhaps one of the more interesting sights to behold was this Frankenstein like 911 RSR. Built using 1/2 of a real 911 on one-side and 380,000 LEGO on the other, the attention to detail on this creation is astounding.

If you’ve read FLATSIXES.com for any time at all, you know our fascination with anything LEGO + Porsche related. While this is obviously a marketing stunt for the Porsche Speed Champion set from LEGO, it’s one so well done and flawlessly executed , that we don’t even mind that their Jedi mind tricks are making me want to go and purchase yet another set of these.
If you don’t yet have your own Porsche Speed Champion set, just give in to the dark side and pick one up. Best case is for 20 bucks you might have a fairly valuable collectible down the road. Worst case is you have a fun little toy that will give you 20 minutes of stress release while building it and hours of enjoyment as your roll it around your desk going “VRRROOOOOMM, VRRROOOOMM!”
