Porsche Cars Canada Continues Record Setting Trend Into May

Porsche Cars Canada today reported May sales of 530 units, up 32.2% from May 2013. This represents the first time that the brand has surpassed the 500-unit mark in its Canadian history. Porsche new vehicle sales are now up 17.6% for the year.

“Sales of the new Macan are off to a great start and echo the strong results from our other model lines,” said Alexander Pollich, President & CEO, Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. “Such a performance solidifies the fact that the sports car among compact SUV is well-suited to the needs of many Canadians.”

Sales of the all-new 2015 Macan – which was launched just over two weeks ago – reached 104 vehicles. The 911 model family also did well with 93 units sold, representing an increase of 37% versus the same period in 2013. For Cayenne, a total of 215 sales were reported, compared to 204 in May 2013.

Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned sales reached 98 units.
