In order to celebrate Porsche’s dedication to E-performance, a combination of the heart and soul found in a Porsche internal combustion engine and the sharp response of Porsche’s electric motors, they worked closely with an unlikely partner, Rolling Stone Magazine, to produce a night that was strangely fun. Legendary guitarist Dave Navarro was on hand to play an amusing set list of nostalgic hits, including the ZZ Top classic you get to experience in the video. Like the Panamera, Dave uses electricity to blend his shredding abilities with the guitar’s fantastic sounds.
Because we were on the ground to witness the filming of this video live and in person, we’re quite interested to see the finished result laid out in front of us with this YouTube clip. For someone who was not there, you may need a little context. For that, check out our behind-the-scenes look at the “Porsche x Rolling Stone – Engine Notes” event. This was certainly a one of a kind evening that paired a fun rock concert with Porsche performance on a cool Los Angeles evening. What more could we have asked for?

The marketing department has lost it.
You are right chuckb991, if you did not know what a Panamera E Performance was you would not know what you were looking at Rock Star or car in the clip. A poor way to advertise the Panamera.
