Porsche released a new video today to highlight the restoration process of chassis number 57 (it’s the missing piece of the Porsche Museum’s collection they recently acquired, but more on that later) and we were happy to watch and see how things were going. So, imagine our surprise when right after the start, 11 seconds in to be specific, we see what looks to us to be the much anticipated Cayman GT4.
In fact, it was just yesterday that we updated our version of Real Racing 3 and learned that there would be an “Exclusive Reveal” and that we could “Participate in the unveiling of a stunning new sports car”. Were they talking about the Cayman GT4? We think so, at least based on the teaser picture they put with the announcement. So, what’s it all mean? We’re not sure. Porsche told us they’ll have an announcement of some kind in the coming week or so, but they won’t tell us about what. We don’t really believe in coincidences. What about you? I would never have made that observation without advanced warning - guess I'm not very observant. The yellow stands out in a gray background, but a "there's a GT 4" observation...really? :-)
