The seventh Rennsport Reunion will be at Laguna Seca on Sept 28, 2023

It’s finally official! Porsche Rennsport Reunion is coming back next year, and it will be at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for the fourth time in twelve years. Porsche confirmed to the world this week that the event will take place between September 28th and October 1 on the famed Monterey Peninsula circuit. Obviously the classes, invited cars, themes, and ticket information have not yet been released, but it’s good to finally know the location and dates so you can get your hotels booked!

“California and Porsche are a dream pairing, and the Monterey Peninsula is an ideal spot to bring the two together for an unforgettable weekend with so much happening both on and off the track,” said Kjell Gruner, President and CEO of Porsche Cars North America Inc. “Rennsport Reunion is for everyone –we’re creating an experience that’s special, whether you’re or a long-time enthusiast or are new to Porsche and are learning about our cars for the first time. Rennsport Seven is going to be bigger and more exciting than ever and yet at its core it’s the people that sets it apart – all are welcome, and I can’t wait to share our plans in the coming months.”

Rennsport is a favorite event of ours, having attended the last three events, and looks like this will be the biggest one yet. It’s always stunning to see the full spectrum of Porsche motorsport history in one place, because no automotive manufacturer on the planet has been racing as long as Porsche has in as many varied series as Porsche has. You could maybe make an argument for Ferrari, but Porsche has clearly been the more successful of the two brands.

Porsche promises that the action on track will be rivalled by the level of exciting off-track activities. There will be new vehicle reveals, e-sports, corrals, fan zones, restaurants, and more to enjoy across four days at the track. It promises to be a really cool time, and you can bet that we’ll be there to show you all the action.
