As part of the upcoming Historic Week on the Monterey Peninsula (August 15 to 19th), Porsche will again exhibit their latest models including the Cayenne, Panamera, Boxster and 911. Alongside the current model line will be rarely seen vintage models including, for the first time ever, one of two four-dour Porsche 928 concept cars from 1991.
In addition to the four door 928 you’ll have the chance to see the first all-wheel 911 (winner of the 1984 Paris-Dakar Rally), a blue 550 Spyder on loan from Jerry Seinfeld, as well as some other cars from Porsche simply described as “one of a kind”.
Porsche racecar owners who participate in the weekend’s racing events are invited to stop by the Porsche Paddock Pub at the Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. A renowned 917K along with a one-of-a-kind Boxster and 911 will be on display in the garage-hospitality area, Friday through Sunday.
