Yesterday, on the same day the all new 911 GT3 RS was revealed, Porsche Cars North America announced their February 2015 sales figures. With a total of 3,202 units delivered during the month, this marks the first time in recent history that sales numbers did not increase on a month-over-month basis. Porsche says the decline of 30 units, less than 1% off last year’s figures, is due mainly to the west coast port dispute and the horrible cold and snow that many parts of the U.S. struggled through last month. Still, taking into account February’s slight decline, PCNA’s sales remain 12.8% higher year-to-date compared to the same period last year.
Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned vehicle sales in the U.S. were 953 for February 2015, an increase of 13.32% from February 2014. Year to date, Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned vehicle sales total 1,980, an increase of 21.4% over the same period last year.
