By now, just about everyone here in the U.S. knows that Wednesday night’s lottery jackpot is estimated to be around $1.4 billion! Yes, that’s BILLION with a “B”. Assuming someone wins this time (the statistics I’ve read say you have a better chance of winning this year’s Daytona 24 driving an all original 912 than you do of winning the jackpot) they’ll have the option of taking home a lump sum cash payment of $868 million before taxes. $868 million! Here in the “Republic” of Massachusetts, after taxes, you would still be left with more than $430 million. Even someone with the biggest of entourages would have trouble blowing through all that. So, if you had pretty much unlimited funds, which Porsches would you buy to fill your dream garage?
