Porsche Motorsport North America has announced its 2025 Selected Driver lineup, naming Loek Hartog (Netherlands), Riley Dickinson (USA), and Tom Sargent (Australia) to the development program. All three drivers have progressed through the Porsche Motorsport Pyramid and will receive factory support, expanded race opportunities, and continued mentoring as they advance in GT and endurance racing.
The Selected Driver program is designed to support up-and-coming talent with manufacturer resources and a clear career path within Porsche’s North American and international racing structure. Hartog joins the program after a standout season in Carrera Cup North America and strong performances in multiple international events. He will contest GT4 America, the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup, and make his 24 Hours of Le Mans debut this year.
Dickinson, a returning driver to the program, earned multiple wins in IMSA and the Michelin Pilot Challenge last season. He will compete in both GT4 America and Carrera Cup North America in 2025. Sargent, who made his mark in Carrera Cup North America in 2023, has since graduated to GT World Challenge America and made his IMSA WeatherTech debut this year with Wright Motorsports.
Porsche Motorsport North America says the program plays a central role in supporting and advancing drivers as they transition through key stages of their careers. All three drivers will represent Porsche in multiple series during the 2025 season, continuing the brand’s investment in long-term talent development.
