I love when Porsche releases a new model, it almost guarantees you’ll get new videos featuring said model on a daily basis. Such is the case with the new 911 GT3 RS. Released late last night, the video below features Porsche factory driver Brendon Hartley as he travels to Weissach to see the GT3 RS for the first time. After a quick tour around the facility, which is interesting all by itself, Brendon is off to Porsche’s Nardo test track in Italy to put the 911 GT3 RS through its paces. The video is a bit slow at times, like the whole travel section of Brendon getting to Nardo, but more then makes up for it when we hear what using launch control sounds like (right at the 4:29 mark). Just before that, Brendon does a short walk around explaining some of the key features of Porsche’s newest track monster. Lastly, and perhaps more funny to me than others (having seen this happen after a few hot laps with Hurley) Brendon’s cameraman experiences a bit of motion sickness after his second lap (right around the 5:08 mark). A testament to both the capabilities of the 911 GT3 RS and Brendon’s driving skills. Hey, maybe Porsche could come up with a new slogan, “The 991 GT3 RS. So Fast It Will Make You Sick!©”
