IMSA had to abandon Friday’s GT3 Cup race after contact between two Porsches resulted in a chain reaction crash that sent four drivers to the hospital.
Incredibly at least a couple of drivers made it through the crash unscathed. Ryan Eversley posted the video below to his twitter account showing David Baker threading his way through the crash site. Amazingly, he wasn’t rear-ended and his car was one of the few not damaged.

Thankfully, while we don’t have complete details, it appears that the drivers who suffered injuries serious enough to send them to the hospital are on the mend. Let’s hope they make a full recovery and are back on the track soon!
