The Porsche Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe models are getting a facelift for the 2023 model year, and our spy photographers have caught it testing in Colorado. As a mid-cycle refresh, don’t expect any significant changes to the popular SUV, but it does appear Porsche is changing quite a bit to the interior. The Cayenne and Cayenne Coupe are expected to get an all-new center console, while the shifter will borrow the “electric shaver” design found in the Taycan and 992-generation 911. We can see it on this particular prototype to the left of the center stack.
On the outside, the Cayenne Coupe appears to be getting a more aggressive front end, with slimmer headlights and an updated bumper/grille combination. The rear doesn’t appear to have any significant changes, with some minor tweaks to the taillight design.
Under the hood, it’s unclear what Porsche plans to do with the lineup. Some believe it’ll borrow from the upcoming Panamera refresh, while others expect minor powertrain changes. We’ll just have to wait until the facelifted model debuts later this year.
