Porsche Cars Canadatoday reported December, 2014 sales today of 362 units. This marks the first time Porsche attained such a level for this month. In total, Porsche sold 4,933 new vehicles in Canada during 2014. This represents a one-third increase over 2013 and making it the fifth best year in a row.
“These numbers underscore the hard work that has been achieved by the Porsche Centres and Porsche Canada employees across the country, making 2014 a banner year for our brand,” said Alexander Pollich, President & CEO, Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. “From the successful launch of our all-new Macan compact SUV and new generation of the Cayenne to the opening of a sixteenth point, we are very proud to look back at the major achievements during 2014 and continue laying the groundwork for another successful year in 2015”.
During 2014, sales of the 911 passed the 800 unit threshold for the first time in a full calendar year. Cayman and Panamera models also saw increases during the period, and the new Macan registered 1,223 units since its May launch.
Porsche Approved Certified Pre-owned vehicle sales in December witnessed 76 deliveries in December, rounding out the year with 1,112 units, a first.
