Porsche has achieved the top ranking in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Customer Service Index Study. This recognition was announced on Thursday and marks the second consecutive year that Porsche has secured the leading position in the premium car categories. The company also received accolades for Premium Overall and Premium SUV categories. Notably, the Taycan model garnered the highest service satisfaction ratings among electric vehicle owners.
Porsche’s consistent performance is highlighted by its presence in the top three of the Customer Service Index for eight years running. Timo Resch, President and CEO of Porsche Cars North America, commented, “Many years of hard work and a relentless commitment to putting our customers first has gone into this achievement.” He expressed gratitude towards customers for recognizing the efforts of Porsche’s network of dealers across the United States.
The Customer Service Index study evaluates customer satisfaction regarding maintenance and repair services for vehicles from the 2021 to 2024 model years, involving over 55,000 respondents across the industry. Porsche excelled in various categories measured by the study, including Service Advisor, Service Facility, Service Initiation, Service Quality, and Vehicle Pick-Up, outperforming competitors by significant margins.
