This weekend, before the start of Round 7 of the Tudor United Sports Car Championship, the 2016 race calendar was announced. That's it below. However, what followed, was much bigger news. Starting in 2016, the series will be called WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Marking a change in title sponsors and adding a new race to the calendar as compared to 2015.

07 August - Road America, Wisconsin (all classes)
21 August - Alton, Virginia (GTLM, GTD)
17 September - Austin, Texas (all classes)
01 October - Petit Le Mans, Road Atlanta, Georgia (all classes)
