While not as complex as this stop motion Porsche engine teardown video, there’s still something deeply satisfying about this time lapse rebuild of a 2.4 liter engine. Maybe it’s the fact that I know how much time goes into something like this and they get it done in just a few minutes. Or, maybe it’s the fact that the 2.4 holds a special place in my heart as it’s the engine found in my very first Porsche, a 1973 911 T (CIS). However you look at it, it’s still a fun distraction.
