Since 2012 we’ve slowly been introducing you to Porsche’s Museum Secrets as we get information on them. More and more information has surfaced about the special Porsche prototypes stored in Porsche’s warehouse culminating in this most recent tour of the warehouse itself. At the time, we said Porsche should just open up their “secret warehouse” to the public. While we wish we could take credit, it does look like Porsche is going to do just that.
What Is Project: Secret!
It’s a special exhibition designed to showcase Porsche’s lesser known projects. Featuring Porsches like the Type 995, 984 and 989, Project: Secret! will include a total of fourteen cars in its display. All of them are never-built studies, unknown concept cars or camouflaged prototypes. In addition to these 14 special Porsches, you’ll have the chance to see a number of miniatures from the Porsche archives and films showing testing.
When Does The Exhibit Take Place
Hosted at the Porsche Museum you’ll only be able to see the exhibit in person (at least until we bring you more pictures of it). Project: Secret! runs from September 17, 2015 to January 11, 2015. If you’ve been looking for a reason to get to the Porsche Museum, now you have it.
