Part of Porsche’s original plan with the Macan was to attract new owners to the brand. Lots of people aspire to own a Porsche but not everyone has the imagination to picture what it would be like to do so. In order to help out those who aspire, Porsche teamed up with the interactive ad agency Thinkingbox and devised a “mirror” unlike any you’ve seen before. Using a bunch of technology Porsche and Thinkingbox created magic by transforming any car that drove in front of their device into a Macan. Over the course of 10 days, more than 900 drivers, at the Westfiled Century City Mall in LA, got to see exactly what it would be like if they were driving a Porsche Macan.
