UPDATE: THE CHANCE TO PURCHASE A TICKET HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 28, 2012.
$200 might seem like a steep price for a raffle ticket, but considering the prize it might just be a bargain. FasterCures, the Milken Institute’s Center for Accelerating Medical Solutions, is raffling two extraordinary Porsches, a white 2012 911 Turbo S and a white 2012 Cayenne Turbo plus $75,000 in cash. All proceeds will benefit FasterCures, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization committed to saving lives by saving time. See the video below for more info or check out their site for rules on how to enter.
Win Two Porsches Plus $75,000 in Cash
According to the rules of the raffle, the two Porsches are valued at just over $300,000 so the $75k in cash will be used to pay the mandatory federal tax withholding. The Porsches pictured in this post are the actual cars the winner will receive. The 911 Turbo S (which delivers 530 hp in stock form) has been further modified by Global Motorsports Group to increase power to 590 hp on pump gas and 630 hp on 100 Octane. The stock Turbo S is more Porsche than you’ll ever need, I can only imagine what this beast is like.
If you’re interested, be sure to enter soon as they are only accepting entries until June 29th. The drawing takes place on July 9th.
