Everyone’s Mom is different. However, if they are Porsche fans, chances are they’ll like something on our list. If you’re in the mood to find a Porsche related gift, we’ve cobbled together a list of items that should work for every budget and every mom in the group.
- Porsche Books: We’ve reviewed a lot of Porsche books over the past few years and continue to do so (we’re currently reading Closing Speed and The Lost Spyder and will have reviews on both shortly). If you’re mom is a huge Porsche fan, then any one of these Porsche books might be of interest to her. - Porsche Magazines: Chances are you already get one or two of these Porsche Magazines at your house. However, if you don’t they make a great gift for your Porsche loving mom (that you get to enjoy too). Excellence: The Magazine About Porsche is far and away the best selling magazine on our site. Additionally, now that Christophorus is down to a more reasonable price it makes a great supplement to any Porsche library.
- Porsche Club Membership: No matter where you are in the world, joining your your local Porsche Club is very rewarding. As a member of the Porsche Club of America, I look forward to my monthly issue of Panorama Magazine and John and I use the various social functions to meet new people during our frequent travels. Besides the PCA (by far the largest club in the world), there is the Porsche Owners Club, The Porsche Club Great Britain and many others. If mom isn’t yet a member of one of these great organizations, be sure to get her a membership!
- Porsche Design Driver’s Selection: Besides the great handbags that PDDS is offering to two of our lucky moms, they offer a range of other items, from clothing to accessories that are perfect for the Porsche loving lady in your life.
- Funky Slip-on shoes: At Zazzle, you, or our mom, can create any type of product you can imagine and then custom order/print it in quantities as low as one (1). However, if you don’t want to do any work, a number of people have already created Porsche related products for you. Two of the coolest ones for your mom are the Le Mans Mini Slip-On Shoes and the Fuch Wheel Lace-up Shoe.
- Flying Lizard Race Gear: Is your mom a Porsche Motorsport fan? If so, Flying Lizard has a ton of gear made just for mom. My favorite (and one I wear around quite a bit) is the Women’s Charcoal Hoodie. Not only is this really comfortable, but it fits great and is perfect on a cool spring night or when the sun goes down at the track.
- Porsche Kitchen Knives: Chroma sent us a set of these Porsche Designed knives a little over two years ago and ever since, I’ve been hooked. Feel free to read my review or simply look at the large selection of Chroma Type 301 Knives Designed by Porsche you can find on Amazon.com.
- High Performance Driving School: Porsche Sports Driving School offers a course designed specifically for women. What better way for mom to get to know the limits of her Porsche and her driving skills then on a trip that includes both Porsche driving instruction and spa reservations.
